Diversity Teams

We have  dedicated teams in the US and the UK. The Diversity Team maintain and support our diversity policies across the organisation and work towards meeting our long-term diversity goals. Diversity Champions  

Each Pearson company has a senior member of staff who acts as a diversity champion. Diversity champions support the work of the Diversity Teams by publicly championing the business case for diversity.

Diversity Councils 

We have created Diversity Councils in the US and UK to share ideas about diversity across the business. The councils are chaired and staffed by senior members of the organisation;  they work alongside the diversity team to develop and support diversity initiatives across the company.
